General Questions
The item I wanted is now out of stock, what can I do?
If the item you wanted is out of stock, check back later as I am constantly restocking items! If you are in a rush, please reach out to me at shopsafaristitches@gmail.com!
Can I pick up locally?
Yes! You can find some of my items stocked at The Painted Tree in Birmingham, AL. You can also contact me privately about meeting locally to make your purchase.
How can I find out about upcoming promotions?
You can follow me on Instagram @shop.safaristitches to see up-to-date information or sign up for the email list to receive updates (I promise I won't spam you with tons of emails!).
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
An order can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Anything beyond that would be subject to approval. Reach out to shopsafaristitches@gmail.com if you have any questions.
How do I use promo code?
Most promotions will apply automatically at check out. However, if you have a promotion code, it can be entered at check out and will be applied automatically if it applies to the order you are trying to place.
I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?
Please reach out to shopsafaristitches@gmail.com with your name and order number if you have it so we can check if the order went through on our end.
Returns
Can I return a sale item?
No, sale and discount items are not eligible for returns.
How do I return an item?
Due to the nature of handmade items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you have received your order and there is a problem, please send an email to shopsafaristitches@gmail.com and include your name and order number in the subject line. We will reach out to you within 1-2 business days.
Do you accept refunds?
No, refunds are not available due to the handmade nature of the items sold at Safari Stitches. If there is a problem with your order, please send an email to shopsafaristitches@gmail.com.
Shipping
Can I track my order online?
Yes! All orders are shipped with tracking number. The tracking number will be added to your order & you should receive an email once that has been added. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please send us an email.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to a week depending on your location. All packages are shipped from Birmingham, AL, via USPS and are subject to any delays that USPS may be experiencing. If your tracking number is not working, please reach out.
