Refund policy

Due to the hand-made nature of the items sold on safaristitches.com, returns and exchanges are not accepted. 

If you receive your order and there is something wrong, please contact us at shopsafaristitches@gmail.com. All return requests are subject to be accepted or rejected based on what the problem is.

Refunds
If a return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided to you and the item must be shipped back within 3 days. Once the item has been delivered back to us, the return will be inspected and you will be notified the status of your refund. If the return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopsafaristitches@gmail.com.

Due to health and safety, returns on all handmade items will not be accepted. However, if you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out at shopsafaristitches@gmail.com.
